They have crapy outlets so you can't even plug things into them because they just fall out, and they won't replace them. Also our oven doesn't work, it heats up to 100 degrees hotter and the maintenance crew won't do anything about it. Also when you have something wrong and you let them know you are lucky if they go to your apartment and fix it. The pool is so small and is closed most of the summer because of "maintenance". So you are paying for a pool that you can never use. They also claim to be pet friendly, but they don't allow your pet to go to the bathroom anywhere without complaining. You aren't even allowed to let them go pee on the little bit of grass that there is.
