Apartment Review for Woodberry Heights - Albuquerque, NM

I've seen a few reviews that some bad people wrote about this complex, anyone should be able to see that these people wouldnt be happy, no matter where they live. As an ex police officer, i feel that its a very safe place to live, as far as management goes , i have asked about things to be done, and they were always taken care of, in most cases the same day, if not within the hour,the staff also calls you a few days later to see if the request was done, and if you are happy, what more can you ask for? as far as crime, yes this place once had the crime these so called renters talk about, if anything this so called bad manager "Amy" has straightend this place out!! ok as far as sound, please there are people above me, I have yet to hear anyone above me still to this day, its very peaceful here, and at times i wonder if anyones here. ok lets adress the cleaning, the staff cleans everyday, and does have to pick up after the few lazy people that cannot take care of the mess they leave. im sure i wouldnt want to see the inside of the place they call home.the grounds are cleaned everyday, and the staff again walks the grounds everyday to pick up any trash that someone drops. i have no problem living here and feel my family is safe, you must not judge this property by a few bad apples.
