Apartment Review for Woodberry Heights - Albuquerque, NM

When we first moved in the apartment was very nice. They are spacious and comfortable. Also very affordable. The tenants here are nice as well but VERY noisy! I was on the second floor right in front of the stairs, I could hear people stomping up them to get to their place. Our neighbors on each side had dogs that would bark ALL of the time! The walls were so thin that we could hear conversation, sex noises, and people urinating. Whenever it was time to shower we prayed no one else had to because our water would be cold as ice. We finally started to shower at night because the cold temperature was unbearable. The maintenance guys were very friendly and got the job done, it just took them a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Just don't go to the manager Amy if you need something. She is always too busy to help you or even care what you need. Parking was very annoying because we were all crammed on the sidewalk in the back. Washers and dryers were dirty but at a reasonable price (if a dollar to was and a dollar to dry is what you call reasonable). Utilities were divided up between all the tenants and then sent to your apt. It only ever got high once though. A good price for this big apartment. It's not an entirely bad place to live but I could not wait to get out of there!
