Apartment Review for Warren Properties - Warren Coronado - Albuquerque, NM

I only lived here for 5 months but within that short period I enjoyed my stay tremendously! Upon my 1st day of moving into a studio I noticed how very clean the floors, walls, carpet, and furniture was maintained. That was so amazing to me! Staff was always helpful and polite both the leasing staff and manager (Rhonda). The building and grounds were kept up very well at all times. I always felt safe as well as my car! The laundry-room needed some upgrading and the hours were too limited. I did have a problem with one of my neighbors whom played their music loudly but staff immediately assisted me with that matter. I felt welcomed and when it was time for me to depart I knew I was going to miss my apt., as well as all of the staff. I did not have a problem getting my deposit, which was promised to me by management! Since I moved from this location to the AZ area I have not seen a one Warren Properties that has been able to hold a candle to this place (6230 Indian School Rd)! I am proud to call this place my home! Truly!!
