Apartment Review
Apt. Managers Wanted

First of all, the management has no experience, no idea on how to make things work or work with people. They are not customer oriented, they make up/change rules as they go along, treat you like a 4th grader only because they are not smarter then your average 5th grader. They don't listen, they jump to conclusions and they don't even bother to try and fixed things right the first time or try to find the root cause of any problems. i am sorry i don't even know why i stayed there this long. As far as the building goes, the AC are not as cold as they should be and it doesn't get pushed through the apt. sufficiently and efficiently. in the winter the cold air comes through the windows and again the heater works just as bad as the AC. So, expect to pay at least twice as much more for electric and gas, if not more. COCKROACHES,COCKROACHES,COCKROACHES, these are left over in the walls from previous tenants in adjacent apts. It doesn't matter how clean your apt is they still will come during the day when there is light. Again management/maintenace aren't worth a #!/?
