Apartment Review for Uptown Vista Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

A couple years ago I would have rated this place higher. Unfortunately, the overall quality has dropped over time (and coincided with new, poor management.) The invididual apartments are actually more noise proof than you'd expect, which only makes it worse when two or more neighbors are blaring away and you can't hear year own TV. The maintenance crew is good, but the building itself has electrical wiring problems that are persistent and remain unfixed. There is almost no landscaping or effort at cleanliness to speak of, although that's at least partially the fault of the residents who seem unable to keep their trash in receptables. This is a good budget place if you're looking for something temporary, but if you want clean and friendly living look elsewhere.
