Apartment Review for The Villas At La Privada - Albuquerque, NM

I moved to a bottom floor apartment near the pool/main office August 1st, 2008. The carpet was very old and smelled like wet dog and a smokey 1970's casino. I complained to the management and all the did was put 2 oder bombs in the apartment. Now it smelt like oder bomb and wet dog. They should have replaced the carpet! You can hear the upstairs couple walk around like they were giant monsters practicing for a marching band. Very very very loud and annoying. The walls are hollow and you can hear everything. The dryer was very old and would over heat after 2 or more usages. I ask them to fix it and they made some adjustments. Still had the issue. I'm a very clean person and I had a massive ant infestation directly inside my apartment. I had ask them to spray so they sprayed the outside. I had to physically grab someone from the office and show them the infestation which was all over my new couch and clothing. Move someplace else. Don't move here. Over-priced and not worth the problems. They also add on $30ish at the end of the month for trash and water.
