Apartment Review for The Pavilions - Albuquerque, NM

I've lived at the Pavilions for the past three years and am very happy with my home. We are currently building a new home so will be moving the first of 2007, but would definitely stay here if it weren't for our new home being ready. Because the complex is in the far northeast heights "Tanoan" area, you can generally expect higher rent than the other complexes down the road, but you get a lot for you money. I've lived in both the 2 bed/2 bath as well as the 3 bed/2 bath model. Both are VERY roomy (1180 sq ft. and 1685 sq. ft. respectively). All apartments come with either a one or two car attached garage included in the monthly rent and the 3 bedroom homes have two balconys, most notably the HUGE porch that opens to both the living room and the master bedroom. The bathrooms all have garden tubs and the kitchens all have microwaves. Each unit is pre-wired for a security systems. Maintenance is excellent. I've never had to wait for more than 36 hours for any request, including the big ones; like a new fridge or a new garage door. Full size washers and dryers in every home. Most of the closests are very large walk ins, with the exceptions of the small bedroom in the 3 bedroom model. I have never lived any place that is as quiet as The Pavilions, especially at night. Not even the traffic noise from Tramway or Academy makes it through. The landscaping is lush and pretty and most of the tenants are quiet professionals. Plenty of kids in the complex too. Pets are welcome with some restrictions. All in all, if you can afford the rent, I highly recommend this complex.
