One apartment has uneven flooring and sewer gas smell in bathroom; one apartment does not have hot water in kitchen; ALL apartments have cockroaches; basement apartments flood during rain. Tenants with legitimate complaints are looked on as "whiners"; landlord has bad temper and uses this to discourage tenants from coming forth to inform about repairs needed.
