New owners. We go through management like tennents. Hot tub hasn't worked in nine months, Maintains is horrible cant fix anything. Always in the apartments for the same thing. Parking is horrible if you don't pay you cant find a spot. Grounds were awesome no there dead spots everywhere. Club house is never open only during business hours. This was a great place to live not anymore. Don't forget. Your square footage includes the eighty to ninety Sq foot balconies, and they do their best to tell you what you can do with them. Bring a tape measure with you. Ask them about there polybutylene plumbing spacial.
