I have lived here for some time but not much longer. Rent has increased with each renewal. Now at price of much newer places, while these were built in late 70's, I think. Foundation cracked. Utilities way, way out of line!! Apartments are large and open but not worth the current and future price at this rate.  Need to rent an apartment?
