Apartment Review for Sun Village Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

A couple months ago my bathtub was clogged and it took four work orders, ten days and a ridiculous argument with the office staff for them to take care of it. Now its been a month and a half and 5 or 6 work orders, including within this time two floods, for them to merely ATTEMPT to halt a leak coming down from my bathroom fan. Not even considering the incompetence of the staff and work crew, the extremely poor conditions of buildings are enough to provoke suicide. Furthermore, a police officer one day asked me if I had heard gunshots, but since I wasn't home I hadn't. The next day my brother walked in holding a couple bullet casings. REALLY? SAFE?
