Apartment Review for Spain Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

The staff is pretty great. Christy & DJ in particular are friendly and always get things done for you. The apartment I lived in had newer carpet & tile which was great but could definitely us a kitchen and bathroom update. The apts have a front & back room downstairs which you can alternate as dining area & living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which are kind of small. Some bonuses are decent size "yards" and they accept all kinds/sizes of dogs. It's a pretty great location as long as your apt does not back up to Eubank which can be pretty noisy from the master bedroom. Bike path, bars, grocery stores, shopping, parks are all close by. It's definitely a more quiet complex and if there is excessive noise the office will take care of it promptly.
