Things were missing when we moved in. Such as light bulbs, switches and what not. Initial work orders from move in day have not been fixed after 3 months and reminders.Laundry facility is terrible. parking sucks. Noisy gates. Mold somewhere in kitchen makes food go bad quickly. Carpet became gross after a week without us spilling anything. Bugs ants, and roaches. expensive for getting crap! nice roomy layout though.  Need to rent an apartment?
