Apartment Review for Sombra Del Oso Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

We lived at Sombra del Oso for three years. The apartment complex looks decent, with nice landscaping and fresh paint, but inside the units are TINY. The second bedroom in the 2 bedroom units is really just a glorified closet, and the second bathroom is downright claustrophobic. The kitchen is tiny, that's all there is to it.

Maintenance is awful. Our disposal broke in the middle of cleaning up after dinner, in mid-August. I had to write to their corporate headquarters to get someone to come fix it, A WEEK LATER. The maintenance person had the nerve to tell me that a disposal can't handle cooked pasta and that it was my fault it had broken. I highly doubt that a small handful of cooked pasta broke the metal blades of the disposal.

Management is snooty and rude. I was so glad to move away from there.
