Apartment Review for Silverado - Albuquerque, NM

The first person's review is spot on. Until the end of this month, I'll have been here for 5 years. I guess I've just tolerated things up until now and I'm currently looking for a new place. It was a nice place under the former management and the fact that the new regime fired the entire previous staff at Christmas should tell you something about them. This place has gone downhill fast ever since then. The water still gets shut off frequently for fixes. Summer 2007 was very frustrating because it was off many, many times. It was off again this past Sunday. The security gates are a joke. Adults can easily just climb over them and they are always getting damaged. I think many of the new tenants aren't even smart enough to appreciate the security gates because they are always propped open or bent apart. The noise hasn't been as bad over the previous months, so maybe they're finally cracking down on that. The laundry room situation has become much more costly.
