Apartment Review for The Silverado Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

The place is way too pricey for what you get. Expect to have no water for 1 month out of the year. Do not expect to use their recreational facilities, the pool is locked up most of the year, and their fitness equipment is only for show because they are broken and have been for the 2 years I have lived there. Don't even think about putting in a work order and expecting a prompt response. It took 5 months and 7 requests before they fixed a leak under my sink. The management turns over every couple of months so do not expect any service and if you ask a technical question, do not expect a knowledgable response. When I moved into my unit there was mold around all the window's and the carpet looked like someone threw a sack of trash on the floor. They first promised new carpets but that didn't happen, so they claimed they steam cleaned them. I would say that is highly doubtful as well. Do Not Move Here! The place is an expensive dump ran by an incometent management team.
