Apartment Review for Sandpiper Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

I lived there for over 6 years, and there were at least as many property managers in that time. The office staff was like a revolving door, and the maintenance men don't do ANYTHING!!! They are completely indifferent and incompetent. The worst thing of all is the low-life tenants. When I moved in, the manager told he he was getting rid of all the low-lifes. Six years later, at LEAST 90% of the residents there are low-lifes!!! The police are there EVERY DAY!!! The drug dealing is obvious and blatant, but nothing ever changes.
