Apartment Review for Overlook Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

apartments are nice, but the amount of crime is absolutely absurd. I've lived here for 6 months and had TWO vehicle thefts and ONE vehicle (my bmw) vandalized. I asked the apartment manager about some kind of compromise to get out of my lease early and they told me "tough luck" and "we're not liable for vehicles" when I was just asking for some flexibility in my lease. I have heard other tenants discussing vehicle thefts with the management and have had the management discuss other tenant's vehicles being stolen with me. Waiting out my lease to move. :(
