Nice place to live
Review Date: 1/5/2004 Reviewer: Notatthesprings
I stayed at Netherwood Village for 1.5 years. I would have stayed longer, but needed to find a cheaper place. This is a really nice place to live. It is really close to the University, the freeway, and the public bus so it is easy to get just about anywhere in this town. There is also virtually no noise here. The tenants overall seem to be quiet, respectable and friendly. The apartment complex itself is really beautiful and has nice facilities. The utility bills are also very reasonable. The apartment is also very warm in the winter and cool in the summer, so you hardly need the heater or AC. The only problem is the management. Sometimes, it takes awhile to get things fixed. Also, they do not allow packages to be delivered to the complex, which I think is totally wierd. However, as long as you stay away from management as much as possible and you don't get packages, then you should be set. |
