Netherwood village has the following advantages :- near to unm,airport,downtown,walmart, almost all places Cheap and best appartmnet in this locality You get for what you pay maintenace is ok You dont find lot of drug addicts and sexual predators and all that. Appartment community is decent i .e good crowd out here Then near the front door you get to view trees, and at the back yard you could see the road people coming in and out Bad things are Bad gym Mannager extremely rude ,agressive, manager very arrogant and not matured and resonable Mannager (jodie ) would terminate lease agreements just for the sake of money You would always receive threatning letters by which you are made to feel that you are commiting a sin always even for a small mistake hence not homely at all to live here manager jodie not ready to listen to your views and feelings but just expects you to obey her command and bow to her.If you express your view to her which is aginst her view your lease agreemenr would be terminated Expext heights of maisbehavior and rude and patronising comments in this appartment from manager (jodie) Manager would treat you like trash. So be prepared to experience the harshness pf manager for the good tghings you get here
