Apartment Review for Mountain Run Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

I've rented a lot of places in different states. It's fine here so far. Inside was very clean, blinds on windows (nice blinds, too), working appliances, new carpet, nice paint job (not your standard boring white, but a nice almond and a blue shade on a different wall. As for washers and dryers, since a previous rater commented on their size. Their are standard size for apartments. I have no problem with them. I had full size in an apartment building (laundry main room) and they were too big. I do about 2- 3 loads a week for one person. Some weeks two; some three. I have no problem with these units. If you do your laundry once a month, and have 15 loads, then you will find these units small. (Some people don't know how to do things on a regular basis). If you have this problem, I suggest you go to a laundromat. I haven't seen any bugs. I had ants in a different place, which was well kept. Some tenants will have a roach problem because they are filthy. What I do have problems are as follows: some redneck tenants who park their damned pick up trucks taking up two spaces, or parking very close to my car, so that I have trouble getting in it. They park too close because they are incompetent, uneducated a-holes who don't know how to park. I have a problem with these same kind of tenants who come in, slam doors, and yell at each other in the unit for the first few minutes. If it went on for hours, I would not hesitate to call the cops. I have a problem with those tenants who speed throughout the complex and those who back out at a high rate of speed in their car payment cars (I paid for my new car with cash - $21,000) and don't look in their rear view mirrors. But, there are some really decent tenants here. It's a matter of class, and no doubt you will find uneducated, lazy rednecks and similar people where ever you live. Too bad we can't discriminate on them.
