Apartment Review for Mission Hill - Albuquerque, NM

This place has TONS of roaches! YUCK Management is pretty rude and unresponsive and they stick notes on your door saying you didn't pay rent and you havea $40 fine, then you call them and they say "oh here is your check" and don't even say sorry. Unprofessional. Matienance is HORRRRRRRRIBLE! It took me 3 weeks to get someone to come out and look at my Air conditioner which was not working...in the middle of July!! I was burning up, I was calling and dropping by the office daily begging them to send someone.."he's on his way" they say and he finally came nearly a month later! The matienance guy was fat and rude too and acted like I was inconvenient to HIM. They tell you what you want to hear, but it never happens at this place..apartment complex is LOUD too and yes there are some seriously skanky looking people around who act like criminals. there are also a lot of decent people too, but the stupid people make tons of noise and stink up the joint. overall i would not recommend. i am looking for somewhere else to live now.
