Apartment Review for Mesa Verde Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

I received military orders. The same month I was suppose to leave the apartment lost my rent and were very reluctant to look for it. After I left the manager never looked for my money orders and charged me over 1500 for two months rent and new carpet for a couple of stains instead of having it cleaned. The stains were from her incompetent maintenance staff that flooded my apartment attempting to fix a leaky sink. She said that she took pictures of the condition but she later told me that she "lost" the pictures just like she lost my rent. My new car was scratched many times because the parking spaces are too little and limited. Security and maintenance is poor. My frig was leaking for a month before they even looked at it. The parking lot also is in bad condition instead of repaving it they just fill in the huge cracks of the dilapidating pavement. Please do not move here.
