Apartment Review for Los Altos Towers - Albuquerque, NM

Overall, this place is outstanding! If you have any problems with the maintenance with the place, bring it up and it will get fixed usually on a same day basis. I have never had a bug problem but they do routine sprays for bugs and I have heard from other tenants that if I had a problem my room would be scheduled for an out of cycle spray. The rooms are separated by about 16" of concrete and structure so sound from your neighbor is rarely heard; however, the sprinkler system at night is a bit loud and can startle you if you aren't used to it. It is located on the outskirts of a "war-zone" but the crime rate is low. I have had my friends vehicles "broken-in-to" when they leave the doors unlocked to their cars or leave something expensive sitting out in their cars. They offer covered parking which offers lighting in most areas. Not all covered parking spots offer lighting as an added means to "security". Look into what spot you are getting if you would like the lighting. For the location, cost, and overall rating; this place gets an Awesome! I would recommend, and have, to my friends and pull this already close community, closer. As with all places, you will always find things you don't like about this place. (Grass is always greener on the other side (No $#!+ you live next to a golf course...))
