Apartment Review for Las Kivas Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The office management is horrible. The Maintenance man is a complete moron and a useless hunk of crap. He has YET to even come in and do the work order that we put in when we first moved in. We are going on our 6th month of living here. The apartments are shotty the parking is so horrid that you HAVE to park in fire lanes OR outside the nice (hah) gated community that you are mainly paying for. Also if you ever wanted covered parking you wont be able to get it because there are cars that have the spots that have flat tires and boots on them. So instead of towing those cars, everyone else just gets screwed. Dont live here if you value your well being and money. Run...run as far away as you can from this already festing pile of apartments they call "Las Kivas" -Cheers
