Apartment Review for La Vida Nueva Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

This place is a wreck. From the rude management to the constant feeling of being uncomfortable in your own home this place has been a horrible place to live. Rent is cheap but, cockroaches are everywhere and the maintenance was horrible. The sink water took about 15 minutes to drain and was never fixed. There are constantly people outside in the parking lot of this place just "hanging out". Truly ghetto. It's very loud and quite dirty. Also, there is only one assigned parking permit per household so if you have a roommate one of you has to park in the visitors parking which can make one feel worried about the automobile+the belongings inside. One of my friends had their car broken into while staying the night at these apartments. Also security is horrible. We once called because of some harassing people loitering outside our apartment and the security we reached told us they no longer worked for La Vida Nueva yet the office answering machine still said to call that number. Overall a horrible place to live, but if your looking for cheap and don't mind the ghetto then this is a perfect place for you!!!
