Apartment Review for La Paloma Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

I recently moved in and one of the first unpleasant experiences I had was a stupid neighbor living above me, who was running while stomping about and slamming her cupboard. I went up peacefully to ask her to not walk as hard and that I hadn't slept in two days, and even said sorry at the end of my request. What did this idiot moron do? She went to the (evil, and ugly) manager the next day to say she was offended. This moron coward idiot manager then goes through my dad to tell me this, and that if I talk to this woman again, I'll be evicted. So, hearsay is the evidence this moron relies on, and she plays favorites. I had complained to her about the rug fumes causing me to want to puke, giving me a headache that wouldn't stop, and keeping me from sleeping, and this moron didn't respond for a day until I spoke to her stupid self face to face, and what did she do? Patronize me and give me stupid lines like, "that's the carpet we use" WELL BIG DUH MORON AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND YOU SAID NOTHING! YOU MORON! And she spoke for me saying, "maybe you're just more sensitive" um, maybe moron YOU SHOULD JUST LET ME SPEAK FOR MYSELF AND BELIEVE IT STUPID, AND NOT PLAY DOCTOR, STUPID MORON. On top of that, the head secretary, before I had signed to get the key to my apartment, told me it was too late to transfer to another apartment when I realized living beneath someone was a mistake, what the hell? So, before I sign for the keys I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SWITCH???? THE HELL KIND OF MORON POLICY IS THAT??????? THAT MAKES NO DAMN SENSE IF I HAVEN'T EVEN SET FOOT IN THE APARTMENT YET! On top of that she assured me that I wouldn't hear anyone above because the place was made of concrete. WHATEVER THE HELL THE PLACE IS MADE UP I COULD EASILY HEAR THROUGH THE CEILING thanks to miss dumb neighbor's stupidity-demo the night I asked for quiet. So, given her complaint to the manager about my oh so offensive request for softer walking, she'd clearly rather have me call security or the police on her should be bug me after 10:45 or when she knows I'm trying to sleep. Talk about a dumb move. This moron manager has also failed, after two days, to fix the lock to my front door! Apparently she's okay with a new resident being robbed, WHAT A STUPID MORON SHE IS. Man, the secretaries must hate her. Incredibly, big moron manager thinks it's better I possibly die from an allergic reaction the rug fumes rather than letting me transfer right away, that is how utterly stupid she is. The biggest blame goes on whoever the hell owns la paloma, down to the supervisor then the manager, then the head secretary. The new secretary (or are they assistant managers) was the most pleasant, but didn't talk to her much. I think she should be given the manager position though since she didn't annoy me at all, but that might have been because she didn't have hardly any authority. Not sure how much the rent is but it's about $675 for a years contract and I have to pay for utils and some other thing which is $10. Not all the neigbors are bad of course, I met some nice ones right away. There are other things I would mention that are really not good about this place, but I'll save those cards for now...
