Apartment Review for Eagle Ranch Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

If you like mice, this place is for you. I've caught 15 of the little critters in my "luxury apartment." The problem started in November 2009 and continues as of 1/28/2010. I talked to the manager, James Lueras, about a rent reduction until the problem was resolved as provided by state statutes. He refused to do anything. They did bring in an exterminator, but the problem persists. If you like mouse droppings in your cookware, kitchen towels, all over your floor, then this is the place for you. Don't expect the manager to do anything but demand the rent. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS INFESTED HOLE. I'll update with my lawsuit results. BTW, I contacted the health department, and they are sending over an inspector, and they will impose a daily fine until the problem is resolved. Dummies should have given me my rent reduction.
