Apartment Review for Eagle Ranch Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

Before current manager became manager, complex was actually nice, now the complex has just gone downhill. Most of all of the nice and decent people have moved out as they cannot stand being treated like trash and with disrespect. The people that are moving in as their replacements enjoy causing trouble and if they do not like you, you will have complaints piled up against you even if you are not home or even a part of what the complaint is about. The manager even goes as far as dreaming up complaints about you if he doesn't like you. If you move here, you might as well forget having any friends as you are not allowed to have any friends or you will have complaints against you. If you rent a garage in a location where complaints occur, you will be a part of those complaints automatically. A word of advice to those thinking of moving into Eagle Ranch Apartments, quickly change your mind and go to another complex as if you move here you will only feel like a prisoner and you will wish you had not moved here. Eagle Ranch apartments is considered a luxury apartment complex, but there is no luxury when you feel you live on pins and needles and wonder when and where the next complaint will come from or what it will be about. Also, manager gets the idea that a garage is only for keeping your car in and if you use your garage for storage, you will have nothing but trouble. It is very interesting that if you pay $60 per month for a garage, you are not allowed in it without having a complaint filed against you. Also, a word of advice to those that are not hispanic, you will automatically not be liked. Many of my friends and I have found much better apartments with better appearance inside and out and at much cheaper rates so we will be moving out soon and will never come back to this sorry excuse for an apartment complex. If my review of this complex has not deterred you from moving here, keep watching as there will be more posted reviews that will be very similar to this one. If those do not deter you, I wish you luck and hope you will be happy here, but guarantee you will not be and soon will hate living here.
