Apartment Review for Desert Creek Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

NOT WORTH IT! Yes it is all utilities paid, but you have no control over the ac. From October until March prepare to be miserable with heat. We had theft inside our apartment and in one of cars. And do they care? No. We could always hear the TV from next door, or people's conversations in the hallway. They used to have really nice maintenance men and office staff, but that started changing about monthly around last fall. Every time I would go to pay rent, it would be a different person. Some nights we couldn't even park in the same area as our building. The tennis court is a joke. It has so much broken glass and weeds in it. The pool is nice for the 3 months of the year that it is open. The indoor pool never got finished the 12 months we lived there, which is okay since it was like a 8ft by 6ft kiddie pool that is 3ft deep. They have 2 laundry units for the entire complex, which you have to buy a $5 laundry card first, before you can use them. Overall, I know I would not live here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone I still want have a friendship with.
