Apartment Review for David Orwatt Real Estate - Albuquerque, NM

The apartments are really good where I stay. The bad things is that they are old apartments. So everything in your apartment accept the appliances are old. They are renewing the apartments as people move out and the garages should all be electric pretty soon. The rent for 850.00 seems much but the utilities are all paid. My apartment is a three bedroom and is really considered a town house for the fact that it is two story. It is located right by the winrock mall. The only thing about these apartments that is poor is the laundry site wich is pretty old with pretty old washer and dryer.
