Apartment Review for Core Vistas - Albuquerque, NM

Do not move into these apartments! unsafe for tenants! Staff never returns phone calls in timely manner. Dead body last year from overdose in the parking lot. Manager goes back on word. Get everything in writing!!!! Broken appliances never fixed! Gated entrance still allowing anyone to come in. Solicitors on the property all hours of the night! Stolen packages signed by neighbors with fake names. Stolen property by maintenance during work orders. Told them it was unsafe and said my daughter and my safety was valued for 2000 dollars to break the lease! This place is not a good place to lease! Stay away!!!!!!
