New management and maintenance unfriendly. Trash is not picked up and laundry room often not unlocked. It is not a gated community because gate is not shut at night. Drugs are done openly in front of management and children. Nothing is done by management. Partying done at night. Not a safe place to raise a family.  Need to rent an apartment?
