Apartment Review for Comanche Wells Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

These are great starter apartments for anyone looking for a place to live a nice safe gated community with its own courtesy patrol and armed response team. neighborhood though is moderate crime area parking is a brease the lots are never full. appearance is well kept and clean. office staff will work with you on every aspect of moving in and I have no fears on asking them for maintenance. on site and on call maintenance staff keep everything running. but old appliances makes frequent use of them. the units are well kept and have weekly landscaping and cleaning teams. Noise usually is not a problem for me at least the floors are reinforced and they have a good layout so all noise makers are on vacant walls but can still hear them slightly. overall great place to live only problem would be slightly small for a growing family, but great for the college student or bachelor.
