Apartment Review for Cloverleaf Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

Management is what makes this place intolerable. They only care about what the outside of the building looks like. The inside is deteriorating and things do not get fixed. If they do come to look at the problem, they go about doing it the cheapest way possible. They cut corners and use the money to maintain their many homes at the expense of their renters. I could go on and on about what they have or have not done but I am still living here, for now. They also just raised the rent and all the things that were broken, still are. It's a horrible place to live. It was good at the beginning but it just keeps going down hill. The building also feels like and looks like it's shifting. There are cracks on the ceiling and walls, where there weren't any at the beginning. No, don't waste your time and money here.
