Apartment Review for Chateau - Albuquerque, NM

This apartment complex not only sucks because of the shape tht it is in, but the staff are also terrible. The main manager there Donald Samniego is terrible. He is lazy and dishonest. He never keeps his word. The people should be there to help yet they are never there they can not even bother to return calls when you leave them a message. In my opinion these people are cons they are only out there trying to take money from people who really don'rt have any. Hello we did go to a low income community for that reason. All I have to say if you decide to actually live in this hell hole they like to call apartments make sure you turn in your 30 days notice in extra early or they will charge you for a whole month of rent when you are already gone. They will charge you $140.00 for paint which doesn't need to be done. Then charge you for anything that they can think of. This complex doesn't have very many tenents so they try to make money by screwing others over. Don't ask to have them work with you on payment arrangements because they will lie and says that they will work with you and then turn around and serve you with papers stating that you owe them money. Bottom line move here be prepared to pay and I mean pay!@!
