Apartment Review for Broadstone Ladera Apartments - Albuquerque, NM

Well where do I start. I got into an accident with a person there in the parking lot (mind you I have lived there for a long time) He was a visitor. We exchanged information and he admitted fault. Then he started with it is not his fault. Again he visits his girlfriend there. Now my new born son, and our other kids come home from grocery shopping, he is calling me to his home with a gun, saying to come over he will take care of me and my family. I go to the office ask them for help. Instead of issuing a no trespassing or calling the cops they put him on the lease. I told them I did not feel safe that we would be moving and they told me I still had 5 months more to go on my lease. 1st off adding him to the lease, then contacting him and talking to him, this morning I wake up to vandelism on my car. i cant prove it is him, but come on. I am leaving for the safety of my family, and all they are concerned about is the guy they just added to the lease. The cops came by, and said that it was not handeled correctly, and he advised me that he would move too, cause it is only going to create problems. If they kick him out he still has to get a notice, by that time my family could be dead. But they want to hold me to my lease. They said he could be violent, maybe maybe not, they talked to them. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, IT AL ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY BUCK! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TEANTS SAFETY. I HAVE A FAMILY, HE IS A GANG BANGER WITH A GUN, LET ME THINK. GOOD, ALL THE LOW LIFES CAN START MOVING THERE, CAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY PROTECT...... DO NOT MOVE THERE, UNLESS YOU HAVE GUNS, AND NO LICENSE, OH YES AND SELL DRUGS. SAFE PLACE. DO NOT TOUCH THIS PLACE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE
