Apartment Review for Brentwood Gardens Apartments For Senior - Albuquerque, NM

Lived here since 2007 and love these apartments. Only 575 sq feet for a one bedroom, but maintenance is great, the appearance is nice...the nicest of the three complexes that are located on this block. Even have a small patio that you can put lawn chairs and a small table on. Gas is paid and equipped with refrigerated AC that is more than adequate for the apartment size. Monthly rent is based on 30% of income plus an allowance for utilities.
