This assisted living center presents itself well, but it is surface only. It is difficult to find anyone to discuss a problem, maintenance has gone downhill, and everything must be kept under lock and key if you don't want it stolen. I would not recommend Vista del Rio to anyone.  Need to rent an apartment?
