Apartment Review for Ahepa 501 Apartments Phase 1 - Albuquerque, NM

No onsite management after 5 PM. Night monitors are residents. Parking is first come first serve... some residents have lots of children, so residents may have no space. Office staff does not listen to renters. Office creates their own rules that have not been discussed with residents. Maintenance is poor. Units have ongoing problems that have not been taken care of. Some neighbors are noisy and party every night. Seniors are rented to, not catered to in any way. Manager does not seem to like seniors. When painting a senoir's apartment, they expect the senior to move the furniture. I would not recommend this housing to a friend. This is a shame, since so many nice seniors live there due to its location near the Los Volcanes Senior Center. The manager talks down to seniors in front of other seniors. Their Service Coordinator is a honey and obviously loves seniors.
