BBQ grills sometimes don't work, and are dirty, inconvenient. However, these are inconveniences that don't affect me that often, and other things outweigh the cons. very quiet, nice grounds, I feel very safe. If I have a small repair job in the apartment, it gets taken care of usually the same day. Staff has improved. No insects but i'm on the top floor. Design is very nice but small.
