I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, as I've been mostly happy with the place. It's the quietest rental I've lived in: there's no one above you or below you, you have a small backyard to provide a buffer zone, and the walls are thick cinderblock. I might feel differently if my neighbors had barky dogs, and there do seem to be some of those in the complex. The landscaping is pleasant, and it's nice to walk out my front door and see birds and trees instead of parking lot. My apartment had roaches last year- big ones; they seemed to live outside and wander in. I haven't had problems this year. I've found the staff pleasant and responsive.The apartments are about 20 years old, and things like kitchen cabinets feel dated. Overall, the quietness and spaciousness of the grounds have been big pluses for me.
